About my program: I have been teaching students about Driver Safety Education for 20 years. I also hold a masters degree in developmental counseling which provides many insights into student perception, behavior and its connection to leadership and attitudes that relate to safety. Secondly, as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician for more than 9 years, I witnessed the aftermath of numerous vehicle collisions that fostered my mission to educate and protect our youth. Consequently, this program has evolved into a comprehensive driver safety education program. Students are provided instruction that adheres to the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicle's course requirements.  -- Ed Newland
