Each year our 8^th grade class meets to discuss their class trip, researches places, sites, motels, transportation and presents the proposal to the school board for permission. In the spring they present a budget of expenses and income and a detailed itinerary. Usually this is a four day trip to Denver or Rapid City. This trip is not a right; it is a privilege and earned by hard work and good behavior.
