Karen Johnson, administrator --- Karen is still mulling over what her favorite adult book is, but her favorite children's story is The Pond by Robert Murphy.
Loni Schlothauer, 5th & 6th Grade Teacher --- Loni doesn't really have a favorite anything, but if she had to choose a title, her children's book would be Mr. Lincoln's Way by Patricia Polacco. Her favorite adult book would be Leota's Garden by Francine Rivers.
Trudy Schnell, computer & phys ed teacher --- "Without a doubt the best children's book that I have ever read is Bridge to Terabithia by Katherine Paterson. I have yet to read this book without crying. A very close runner-up is The Giver by Lois Lowry. That is a very powerful book that stayed me with for days after I had finished reading it. I'd have to list the Harry Potter series as well. J.K. Rowling is my hero --- anyone who can get an entire generation of kids to read is incredible. Because of her, children now have a best seller's list as well. As far as adult books I don't know that I have any true favorites but I really liked John Grisham's Skipping Christmas. I am just now reading Mitch Ablom's The Five People You Meet In Heaven and I can already see where it is going to be one that I read over and over again."
Lorinda Trout, music teacher --- Lorinda's favorite adult book is Gone With The Wind by Margaret Mitchell. Her favorite children's series was The Little House on the Prairie by Laura Ingalls Wilder.
Yvonne Randall, kitchen helper --- Yvonne loves any book written by Stephen King .... the scarier the better according to her. Her favorite children's selection is the Harry Potter series. She is anxiously waiting for her sister to finish the latest book in the series so that she can read it.
