SPORTS
Fifth through eighth grade
students have the opportunity to participate in cheerleading, volleyball,
basketball and track. We compete with
four other Class I schools and one private school.
Practices are held regularly and students
are expected to maintain their academics and to demonstrate a high level of
conduct.
Games and tournaments
are held on a weekly basis during the latter part of the season.
Every school has the opportunity to host games.
Parent clubs at the host school usually operate concession stands and
hold raffles for fund-raisers.
We have a stringent eligibility policy for all activities, which
includes a behavior and academic component that many schools, including our
affiliate, do not have.
